Every product in our collection goes through a dedicated quality inspection process before being carefully packaged and dispatched from our specialist fulfillment centres. Order Processing Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, inspected, and securely packaged. We take extra care to ensure every smart gadget meets our premium quality standards before it leaves our facility. Delivery Times Once dispatched, standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 12-20 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Order Tracking Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email. You can monitor your delivery status at any time. If your tracking information has not updated within 7 business days of receiving it, please contact our support team and we will investigate immediately. For items valued under £30, we offer a full refund or free replacement without

requiring you to return the product. Simply send us a photo or short description

of the issue, and we will resolve it within 48 hours.

For items valued at £30 or above, we offer a full refund or replacement. In some

cases, we may ask you to return the item to our UK returns processing address.

Return shipping costs will be covered by Monarc Pets if the item is defective

or not as described.
